You Can't Rush A Good Biscuit

Ever had a day or week that just punched you in the gut? Maybe it was a work situation that didn't go the way you wanted, or a conversation that you wished had gone differently, or a deal that didn't get closed, or some issue with a family member or friend that couldn't be solved the way you had hoped, or fill in the ________________.  We've all had THAT   kind of day or week. When I have one, I try to do something I enjoy to alleviate the stress. For me it's a quick nine holes of golf, a walk, prayer, listening to my favorite playlists on Spotify, a chocolate milkshake, or cooking. I like these things because to be enjoyed they can't be rushed. This week I checked off all of the above except for the chocolate milkshake! 😃 However, I must say that cooking seems to be my comfort zone. My dad and I spent a lot of time cooking together at our family cafe so cooking brings memories of good times and good food with someone I always enjoyed being with.  One o...
